Default Would a classic centre section fit a newage

I have a newage and have just fitted a brand new decat mid pipe and un resonated centre pipe and wanted to fit my scorpion backbox but it all ended too short and the backbox pipe where it bends hits the subframe , I was wondering if I fitted the classic centre section which is suppose to be longer than the newage ( 100mm longer ) then the backbox would clear the subframe , does the classic pipe have the cone gasket connector that would match the newage midpipe and would I need to adjust the hanger on the classic pipe to fit the newage bracket ?

Thanks sadfatcat

The main difference from classic to newage is the length of the down pipe. The newage is longer.
If you use the the complete classic system including the downpipe it will clear the subframe (just). And the hangers line up.
So i would imagine if you fit the classic mid section to the newage downpipe the hanger on the mid pipe will be too far back to line up with the one on the car.
