when to upgrade ECU?

what kind of mods justify replacing the factory ECU?
i've got a MY94 STi with the following mods done:
HKS air filter
3" Trust exhaust from the turbo back
HKS blowoff
i'm wondering if it would be worth it getting an aftermarket ECU installed and dyno-tuned.. would it make a noticeable power difference?
