Default Quietest Fully De-catted system, Including De-catted Up-pipe?

Hi Folks,

Looking to buy a fully de-catted exhaust system and a de-catted up pipe in a few months time.

What exhausts would you recommend that are not overly loud? (And not crazy expensive too)

Reason I ask is my cousin had a de-cat system on his classic and he said it was close unbearably loud!

Looking for a nice deep burble but good BHP gains when it gets remapped too!

Thanks,

Marty

Jetex system is excellent, very quiet and yet we have seen nigh on 700bhp through it.

Im pretty sure that the back box is most influential on the volume. I'm full decat with a prodrive backbox and its barely louder than oem.

Thanks guys, that's good to know as I was getting a bit worried that going for a full decat for power was going to make the car ridiculously loud!

Going to have a look at the ones listed and see what takes my fancy! A nice rumble would suffice!

Up-pipe decat, turbo back decat, fuel pump 190lph, high flow air filter and a re-map, what sort of bhp do you think that would bring on a 2005 WRX? 270/280bhp?
