My95 rear centre seat belt conversion

Hi does anyone know if its a big job to fit a 3 point seat belt to the rear centre? as i got to fit three kids in the back and refusing the misses to get a dreaded people carrier

Mines a 1995 wrx and the lap belt has got to go!

It's a hard job m8 lots of welding and then you have to get it lookt at and get a pass on it to make it legal m8
