Default all ej20 heads the same?

reason i ask for my 94 wrx i have been given from a friend a set of heads from a legacy twin turbo.

i understand compression etc can be different but the actual casting of the heads must be the same?

just a case of putting my original cams in??

Someone will be along with more knowledge than me, but I've seen quite a few differences in the castings between various EJ20 heads. I don't know if the legacy heads are the same as the WRX.. What year was it?

I think the leggy has two bolts for each coil pack. I wouldn't bother tbh. plenty of cheap wrx heads about.

legacy heads are slightly different and you'd be better off with std WRX heads to suit your car, if your looking for an upgrade then the v3/4 STi heads work very well
