Default dump valve question

hi all i have a standard wrx bug eye 2002 , ive fitted a dump valve just for the noise " big kid at heart " my question is can you tell me at what rpm you get the woosh so to speak ,as mine seems to need a lot of revs before it vents to atmosphere , could this be a sign of turbo not creating enough boost pressure ?

You need to fill your car with 95 RON to get a better woosh sound after fitting one. Change up as high as you can.

After a while you'll get an awesome woosh as the pistons melt

If you fit one of these it will greatly improve your boost pressure giving you more power and wooosshhhhhhh, will make the girls knickers fall too!
