As above I have cusco zero one coilovers on my Version 5 Type R, which has adjustable top mounts on the front which are rattling. What are my options to replace them, can I put standard top mounts on? Or do they need to be adjustable, and if so what are my options?

Do you running Pillowball Top mounts?

If yes then you will need swap them for similar Pillowball Top mounts(Tein etc)

If you are not running Pillowball top mounts you can swap for any Top mounts,but with OE you will loose camber/castor adjustability plus you will need wheel alignment for sure

Maybe this will need some modifications to the actual OE top mount,but 100% sure you will know when you remove yours existing Top mounts and get them check and I would check the bearings on the Top mounts and maybe will help just replace them and this can be cheaper option too
