For the level of power you anticipate, a paddle clutch is rather pointless. There are a number of clutch kits available which, along with a flywheel skim, will handle the power easily but without the downsides of possible judder, shorter life etc that a paddle unit may give. Check out Exedy, AP, ACT etc.
