Exclamation Hello. help! !

Hi.

I have no boost when the vertical pipe in my 3 port solenoid is connected to the wastegate on my td04 gc8 '94 impreza.
There is a 1mm restrictor pill in the bottom solenoid pipe.

As soon as I disconnect this I get boost at around 4k revs and it throws me back in my seat then I get a jult with fuel cut I think a few secs later andv it's all over again :'-(

Had this car a while now and it's never boosted right.
Had lots of advice and found all boost leaks.
Taken leaky dump valve off and is currently blanked off for now.

It's a wrx 2.0l with 3" down pipe.
No lambda sensor on standard ecu!?
Also fmic. All boost leaks have been cured as I say.
Also all gaskets such as throttle body and turbo have been checked.

Please please help me.
All vac pipes checked are connected Ok too.

Putting my black and green plugs on my ecu resetting gives me a code 33 error.
You can hear fan spin up and solenoids clicking.

I'm lost! !!???

I'm not if it's different on the classics but you don't need a restrictor pill when you fit a 3-port on a newage. It sounds like it's plumbed in wrong and over-boosting, with ECU cutting boost so you don't blow up your engine, to me but I don't have a diagram to hand

The pipe that says actuator connection is the pipe I disconnect on that post 27 and then get the boost and fuel cut.
