Hi all just a quick one...do i need to get my turbo balanced after a rebuild? if so anyone know of where it can be done? thanks

Ideally yes. I've struggled to find anyone willing to balance a turbo that you've built yourself. I've tried ringing loads of people and they all say no. You can mark the position of the nuts in relation to the spindle and put them back to the same place. How balanced it is after doing this who knows. Loads of people do it that way.

If you do find someone who can balance turbos let me know.

http://www.turborebuild.co.uk/ they will do it for £50 on a 48hr turn around.

Cool. I'll give them a try. I want to turn one of my td05 16g into an 18 or 20g. Now I can :-)

same here mate...i want to fit a 20g wheel to my tdo5....let me know if they are any good if you get to do it before me...
