Default New to me 99 Impreza Outback Sport 2.2

I just purchased a 5 Speed Subaru for our second car (120,xxx) but the bushing are shot....Kinda feels like driving/shifting in pudding.

My brother (wrx owner) in the US made me a complete bushing/mount list to cover my whole chassis (Turn In Concepts quoted me 1000 usd for whole list):

TiC Linkage Update
TiC Pivot Bushings
Kartboy front and rear shifter stay bushing
Group N trans mount
TiC trans xmember bushing
Group N engine mounts
Kartboy pitch stop
Kartboy comfort outrigger bushings
TiC Enthusiast Rear suspension bushings
Whiteline ALK
Kartboy endlink combo wagon
WHiteline steering rack bushings

I do not plan on tracking this car (wife sais no modifications)
but I would like to up-rate the chassis and driveling with a comfortable setup.

Is there a oem or aftermarket flywheel that is lighter than stock readily availible....I don't mind junk yard hunting

Could I also get a recommendation for a uk supplier where I can get a all this or comparable in one go? Additionally it would be nice to find a quality clutch kit as-well

Thank you all for your consideration.

Kind regards
Lumin

I ordered all the parts from the US and my father is flying out here next week with them.
I will show pictures of all the bushings when I get them.
