Default Boosting problem

Hi folks
Having boost problems, when brought car had a manual boost controller so removed that fitted new boost pipe and restrictor pill in pipe work,
Was boosting fine to 1.0. then on way home won't boost above 0.5/0,6
Has a 3 port boost valve on which I asked jolly green about and said it would be fine
Car is a w reg classic with fully exhaust system dump valve air filter
Any suggestions
Been havin trouble in wet weather airfilter sucking water onto maf sensor

You must make sure your waffle sprocket is properly tensioned.

The waffle sprocket can be found under the giggling pin, which when fitted correctly should allow the giggling pin to locate in to the foo foo valve with little resistance or tension.
