Lm450 / 500 would be a good choice as well, mine makes 450 and full boost by 3200rpm on standard jdm motor with the 450 billet, makes for a good lively car and doesn't hang about getting there, no complaints here would be a good blower for that setup imo if your looking for quick spool, the 42 is another good blower as well by all accounts, you won't be disappointed with either I would imagine

Third option is go with Owen Development turbo,which running John Felstead,just check here or on 22b few threads on this turbo
Depends what standard location turbo you are have(assume is it AET GT30),if its turbo what I'm thinking you should be more than happy on 2.2L
We are run MDX321T which has been great turbo and must admit on our 2.1L biggest low point has been our heads and cams,but still we are made 490bhp with 480lb-ft
You are running AVCS heads?
If yes you should be OK too with MDX321V and other "bigger" turbo like SC50/54
