I've had a slight issue with my headlights, they no longer work!

I discovered that the fuses were blown, so i replaced them and have replaced the relays, however they still do not work. What else is strange is that the green (and blue) lights on the dash no longer illuminate when the lights are turned on. The rest of the dash dimms as normal when I turn the switch.

Is there anything else that could have blown?
