after market / lighten flywheel and airbag light

Hi guys

Am on a hunt for a wrx and seen a nice 2001 bugeye. The owner say the engine management light is on and this is caused by a lighten flywheel, is it true? Also it has a aftermarket steering wheel and the airbag light is on, can both be plug in and turned off

Not sure how a lightened flywheel can cause the CEL/EML to come on and isn't the airbag light not going off a MOT failure?

tbh if it has those 'faults' I wouldn't bother with it plenty more imprezas out there.
