What size tyre is standard for a 2003 JDM impreza? I imported mine myself direct from Japan and it came with 16" alloys and would you believe it four pot brakes, I actually had to buy STI wheels and brembos to get it thru its ESVA test. I have ran 235/45/17 no problem on the car before but I'm curious what size tyre I can run before I run into problems?


Whats the largest size tyre someone has ran on the JDM 2003 car wthout having issues? I drive my car hard so the idea of may not rub won't cut it.

What I know few JDM Spec C has come as 16" versions with OE 4pots,not sure what tyres has been but I'm guessing 205/55 R16

Usually JDM has coming with 17" and 235/45 R17,we are run largest size of the tyres 255/40 R17 without the issue(just on rear end we are raised slightly ride height at the rear)
