Default Juddering / power loss

Hi,

I have a problem with my hawkeye r sport (non turbo), i seem to have power loss when putting my foot down, its not a lot of power loss but is more noticeable if i slowing increase in power and that when i feel the car judder, at first i thought it could be the plugs causing a missfire, to which after changing and seeing that they were brand new after a service done by the previous owner, then thought possible fuel problem and put some fuel cleaner in on my next petrol stop (i always put shell v-power fuel or 97 unleaded) and that seemed to cure it for 2 weeks, now its back. I dont think it could be pistons or anything like that as i can easily still go over 100.

But this is noticeable in all gears but more in 4th and 5th... I cant find anyone who has posted a simular problem and really would like some help on this as its driving me crazy!.

Please post your ideas,

Thanks,
Bran

Okay, so I have just completely taken the air box and all out and check and back in, no problems, other air filter also has the same problem, it seems to mainly be in the lower reving range that this problem happens, any ideas?

I was hoping the coil packs wouldn't be a problem, but I checked them and they seemed all okay....

So i have checked the MAF sensor and all seems fine as well... the only thing it can possibly be is the coil packs, looks like im spending a lot to get it fixed

just to give an update on if people are still looking at this, I haven't found the root cause yet, I am now under the impression it may be the MAF, but cant seem to get the right part for a R Sport anywhere...
