Rattling from front wheel

Rattling from front wheel
can any one help i am getting a rattling noise from the front wheel well i think its the front wheel its like its something inside a tincan when i accelerate but dosnt happen when on idle.

+1 on this but I get it when I come off the gas. Do you only get this once the car has warmed up? My mechanic told me it could be a heat sheild, but im not convinced

a dont get it when i come off the gas only when i go on it...am going to get the car up on a ramp and check it over it only happened after a good run round the countryside lol
