What is it?
Just bought a replacement for my 97 2000 turbo which I fliped and wrote off after 16yrs. Another story.
Life is not livable without a Scooby!
The one I bought is a 99(GC8KGD) version with 108K on the Clock with FULL SERVICE history and a stack of old invoices for what looks to be everything that has been bought for it or had done to it. It remains as tight as a drum skin all through and is in the proverbial Imaculate Condition It has been tweeked somwhow. Still trying to find out how much.
Curious thing. It has a small little transfer on the bottom of boot lid with Imprezer Turbo 2000 A .The A could refer to AWD with the WD having 'Fallen off'?
It maybe an import as opposed to a Gen UK car. Not to bothered. I bought it for £2000 and bought it BLIND with a huge leap of faith from someone I didnt know and paid another £500 to have it transported to Malaga Andalucia where I live. It is a cracking car. The clutch is on the way out I think but what the hell.
Engine details are slightly different to my 97 model
