Default Leaking boot

Hi, I've got a 2002 bugeye and my boot is leaking and can't find where from, is it a common thing on impreza's thanks

What's indicating your leak? Gauge, sound, loss of power, etc? It may give some clues.

I spent weeks troubleshooting a phantom leak so I got quite intimate with all the components that might be leaking! It ended up being my inlet manifold though for the record.

Boot leaking could be where spoiler bolts to boot or maybe around the lights where they seal to car body!

it could be as simple as the rubber not being pushed on properly, the rubber on the car that seals to the boot when closed, mine was like this when i bought it,

Mine was, took it off, Tiger sealed it back on.... solved.

But don't seal stuff with Tiger Seal etc, not unless you NEVER want the lights off again.
This: http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_tr...at=0&_from=R40 is the stuff to use, it's non-setting.
