What sort of noise? Is it a vibration/rattle & is it only when backing of on the throttle. Could be a loose heat shield but its hard to diagnose without you describing it.

Definately sounds like a heat shield. Best thing to do is to pop your head under the front of the car when the engine is cold & tap the heat shields around the front headers (manifold pipes) you will probably find its one of the larger ones to the side. The bolts wear through the heat shield after time, If you can remove the bolts fix it by using a large washer if not a tack of weld does the trick.
