03 wrx sti ppp help

Hi. I recently got a impreza wrx sti ppp and I have noticed when taking off and I start turning the wheel I get a judder from the wheel does anyone know what this is.

Is it just 1st thing when everything is cold and just for 10-20 seconds?

Could be power steering - belt too tight / fluid level too low

could be a few things to be honest, would need to get it jacked up and have a proper look, warped disc/bushes/stat of wheel bearing etc

Does it do it in a straight line as well, If so could be clutch related.

It onky does it when moving off if am turning the wheel but only happens for a few seconds...car has had new brakes and discs...also just had service and mot.
