Default Classic Turbo 2000, standard internals/turbo, what power?

Hello all,

Looking to make a few changes to the Classic to make it a little more track friendly but I am also wondering from the more experienced people on here, what is a safe bhp figure to aim for with a standard engine and turbo?

It's currently mapped at 265bhp (see below)

I am thinking of maybe a better intercooler, be it FM or TM, induction kit, oil cooler, de cat. Possibly bigger injectors and a better fuel pump.

What figure do you think this would achieve, or do I need to expand the shopping list once I decide I want 300+??

Thanks in advance!

You are not far off the top end of what the turbo is capable of, around the 270-280bhp mark, you wont need an oil cooler at that level and you wont need to upgrade the intercooler either, the brakes on the other hand would be a good idea as they are not exactly remarkable and go for a dry panel filter as oiled ones can destroy your maf sensor
If you want more than this power level then you are looking at a bigger turbo and tops of around 330-350bhp (though I would stick around the 330bhp mark) on your engine internals.
