Default Sigma M30 alarm problem

Hi all,

Bit of a long one so please bare with me.....

I have a Sigma M30 alarm system fitted on my Subaru Impreza 2000 Turbo (MY2000).

I am having a problem with the remote locking. When you press the button to unlock the car 3 doors (drivers rear, passengers front and passengers rear) quickly unlock then lock again, however the drivers door does not unlock at all with the remote. If you then put the key into the door and unlock all 4 doors unlock as normal.

You then put the key in the ignition press the button and the car starts (as it should). I have checked the separate solenoid in the drivers door (with two wires) and it works with a direct 12v supply (from a sperate battery), however it is not getting 12v to the solenoid when I press the remote unlock key. Does anyone have any suggestions on what this could be?

I have heard it may be the relays or the Sigma ECU it's self but I am not sure where these are located?

Thanks,

Max
