highly unusual IMO for the head gasket to fail and blow into an oilway, generally they blow from head into combustion chamber and you see water problems
possible its simply condensation which is common at this time of year in particular if the car is used for short trips

Not common to see that on the rad cap or coolant cap though its a sealed system and does not create or receive condensation at all.
Check the overflow tank for level and also contamination (as in gunge/mayo) in the coolant.
But as you say you need to get a litmus test done on the coolant.
It does sound like head gasket, even completely std cars have that problem.

As Bob says you can't get condensation Mayo on a rad cap, that only happens on the oil filler cap. If oil is in the cooling system it can only come from HG failure or a problem in the oil filter modine causing fluids to mix. Unless someone accidentally topped up the cooling system with an oil.
