Hi Bill
A good 10w-40 is ideal for your car.
http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-657-10w-40.aspx
The best ones are the Gulf Competition, Motul 300V, Redline and Millers CFS.
You need a 75w-90 for the gearbox and diff and here are the ones we have.

If you want to go for the best, the Millers CRX 75w-90 NT, Gulf Competition, Motul Gear 300, Redline MT90 and Millers TRX are ideal for the gearbox. The Castrol Universal, Motul Motylgear and Fuchs Gear Syn are all decent alternatives. The Fuchs Syn 5, Motul Gear 300LS, Millers CRX NT LS, Gulf Competition LS and Redline GL5 are ideal for the diff.
Cheers
Tim

Hi Bill,
I would recommend Motul oils. I have been using their products for a while and have been really happy with their quality! Have you ever changed transmission or diff oil before?
If not remember to buy a transfer pump before, it will make your life so much easyer and keep in mind that when you fill tranny or diff, you know that there is enough oil when it starts to leak out of filling whole excuse my poor automotive vocabulary, unfortunately I'm Finnish

Yeah, it is easy once you get one of these or something similiar
If I shall repeat myself, when you are done with transmission oil change, you can check the oil level from transmissions dipstick. When refilling diff oil, you know that there is enough oil as it starts to leak out of the upper hole that you are pumping oil in.
