Default Turbo failure mileage...

What is (if there is) the general turbo failure mileage, particularly the blob eye STi?

I had a Calibra turbo and it was considered 70k and bang on 72k my turbo went, just wondering if its the same for scooby's?

I've got a 05 WRX PPP and wonder when I might have to factor in a replacement turbo.... I'm assuming since it produces more power over the standard WRX that it works the turbo harder and therefore might need replacement sooner? I'm on 40k with FSH.

114k on a TD04 still fine here.

My oil burner BMW is on its 3rd turbo in 150k!
