Ok here goes (I bet someone beats me to it before i press submit )

If your car is a UK it will be a MY98 Turbo 2000 not a WRX (These were only on import until the release of the bug in 2000/2001.

If you're in the midlands you have RCM and Scoobyclinic which are two of the best in the business. You also have quite a few others.

Running a full decat system only you can get away with but it's not recommended without a map. Most people seem to get more MPG after getting rid of the CATS.

Mapping - It depends on how far you want to go but i'd suggest at your stage an ESL daughterboard. If you speak to Duncan@Racedynamics he will be your man for that area.

FMIC - The general rule is not to install untill you're around the 350bhp mark. However they do look good. They maybe cheap but not cheap to fit. Do your research on them. There are some awful ones about. Scoobyclinics come highly recommended but costs £450. Bob @Aztec is doing the new tube and fin style for £300. Or Alyn at AS performance maybe able to help you with a Hybrid but i'm not too sure how much they are going for.

A cheap and highly recommended add on would be a K&N panel filter.

Hope this helps.
