It is idling at round 1200-1500 and varies from day to day, it can rise from 900 to these levels whenever it feels like it, i have tried cleaning it which has made not difference at all, is does bring up the CEL for an idle control valve, however two iacv have been tried and theres no difference. However the throttle pedal is quite sticky and sometimes can get stuck when fully off and no pressure on the pedal, needs quite a shove to move it. The idle itself is smooth, just high, any ideas?
