Default Remote Central Locking

Hi All,

Right the next on my hit list on my "bodge job" blob is to get the remote central locking working again.

Now im not sure if the original alarm system has been pulled out, as when i pull down the fuse box panel there is a number pad, so im guessing thats from another system that was taken out?

any idea on where to start please?

Thanks

The number pad is from the standard alarm. A Sigma. I take it you don't have a separate fob?

Hmmm, not really. Because it sounds like the alarm has been disabled. If your fob doesn't work, you wouldn't be able to deactivate the Sigma's immobiliser.
Have you ever had it working off the key?
If not, then you'll need someone too take a look at it. Subaru most likely won't get involved if their Sigma has been disabled.

Battery is a CR2032 from memory. But those keys are alway mostly coded to the alarm, which may have been removed.
