Tbh although NGK i find are the best to be used, In an ideal world i would go straight to subaru for an oem one, however thing to remember is that ALL lambda's must be fit for the purpose or else the companys making them potentially open themselves up to expensive law suits.

I have in the past used a few different types best I found to be walker used on my first turbo impreza.

Though sometimes over used the statement
You get what you pay for
Is often true.

Although 4 wire, there are different metals. Universal is fine but DO NOT SOLDER O2 sensor wires.

Any one tried aztec performances? They are only £59.99 (3 wire) and states they have had them in their cars for years with no issues. Aztec has a good rep on here to, so i think i will try one of his in a couple of weeks as its about the only thing left to renew!
