96 Sti Overheating Problem

Default 96 Sti Overheating Problem

Cars not filling over flow bottle,its pushing the water past the clips on the water hoses, I have never seen this before its fine of boost soon has i boot it top rad hose & botoom rad hose go rock hard if there's to much pressure in the system could this be result of headgasket?

i have changed thermostat and coolant sensor i have also noticed my battery has started to bubble

Batteries will bubble, its the reaction (i take it you have an older lead type battery?) between the acid and lead.
As for the over heating problem, could be an airlock but what is the cause?
Have you replaced the radiator or had the coolant changed recently?
Does the temperature go through the roof?
Is your radiator looking a bit old? (plastic bits at the top go hard and crack).
Any gunk in the oil (not always a sign of a HG failure as they can go across water ways and not oil/water ways).

It had spilt in hose i replaced it then put new coolant in it left it ticking over for half hour with rad cap of heaters on hot waited for fan kick in few times, Go for drive soon has i go on boost it pushing coolant out past the clips on the hoses, So today i have ordered
Radiator Cap
New Performance Radiator
New Coolant hoses

Thanks for your help hopefully get it sorted weekend hoping its not headgasket gone

PLEASE do a search on how to refill without airlocking. I have posted how to's many times.

there is NO known way to bleed it if you get it airlocked and it will damage the engine to drive it far like that
