Default 03 bug eye steering wobble.

Hi there, new to the Subaru scene but enjoying already but have a slight problem with my new purchase. The car drives fine up to 65-70 mph then the steering wheel gets really bad wobble shaking my hands all over the oche. It's running 18" inovit alloys with 215/35s, which in my opinion are too small. Nonetheless any help would be much appreciated.

Wheel alignment would not cause wobble just not drive straight
