Default What's Missing?

Hi there,

Not long ago I bought my classic Scooby and just wondering what is missing below from the rear panel? Some kind of cover perhaps? Don't like the idea of rain getting in.

Will the water be going into my sideskirts?

Thanks,

Jamie

Looks like it was where the rear spats were once fitted, kind of like a curved mudflap
