Default Tdo6 20g turbo

Hi all as above thinking of swapping my vf34 for a td06 20g on my classic sti anybody know more about them ie spec,power figures, etc

i fitted one to my m8s 2.0 sti 2001, and he doesnt get full boost intill 4600 revs so very laggy but yes much more power hes running 352whp 1.4 bar boost, so my advice would be look at the spec on the turbo first , as i found most td05 20g are labled as td06 20g and are same spec just cost a little more i would say not worth getting as a daily drive inless you have a 2.5 scooby

just to note i just got a precision 5431 billet turbo, with a 54mm billet c wheel and a 48a/r housing, on my own make rotated kit im getting full boost at 3200 revs and holds all the way to the red ,im happy just dyno 402whp at 19psi thats what i call a killer daily drive lol take a look at real street performace turbos

SC42 billet would be a good choice for 2.0l engine.

TD06-20G on 2.0L will be laggy,you will need at least AVCS to help,but still will be laggy on the 2.0L.

This turbo i would use on the 2.5L and not on the 2.0L

I have one on my 05sti doesnt hit 1bar till 4300rpm need to change it to laggy for me

This will be better for you,you have already VF34 with right supported mods should make nice numbers and adding from 10-20% methanol you will gain bhp and torque too
