been having trouble with my alarm system for a week or two
the problem is auto alarm reset should be switched off at the factory (so my book says) but with me messing around with the alarm keypad i think i have switched it on, if i park up but do not get out of the car after a while the alarm resets and sometimes goes off with my movements in the car or sometimes when i open the door to exit.
does anyone know the code sequence to turn auto reset off

my keys are the 1 button type and i know my 4 digit code
the key locks and unlocks ok
