Default Blown Fuse Help green Type J Pacific fuse

Well i was recovered by the AA this week, as the car just cut out, the helpful AA man checked the car over and i could not hear the fuel pump prime. So we removed the rear seats and he opened the hatch, and tested for power. He said we have power, so I assume a duff pump. Now i smell of petrol, as i have removeed the pump, tested ok, checked the wiring , back to my muliti meter and i am getting 4.5 Volts with a direct connection using the pin outs for the pump. Put all back together and then did a bit of research. I have blown a green Type J Pacific fuse. there are two there, so I swapped them out, car now starts and i have put it back on the drive. The two fuses are green and marked 30Amp. Is 30 Amp the correct rate for these fuses ? As i thought green was 40 Amp ?
Anyone know what the 2 green fuses are for ?

I have a 1993 WRX.

Any help appreciated.
