hi all

i'm seeing if someone could help me, i've got compressor surge on full boost, the boost gauge flutters really bad, it seems to do this in 3/4 and 5 gears, 1st and 2nd did do it but after fitting a remote tank pas pump and it opening the intake pipe up its only in 3 4 and 5 gears i get this.

i'm bit stuck now, i've googled it to death but cant find much more info on getting this fixed, its running a td05 turbo with a front mount intercooler, was mapped at 1.4bar of boost and using a hks bov

any one else had this? i'm looking at doing a few more upgrades before having it mapped but want to fix this problem before messing around with it

any help on this please?

 

The map can correct this, as he can adjust the gain on the boost control. Also a change in actuator can stop this, by winding it up a little.
