Default PAS Pump

Think mine is starting to fail, when stationary and i turn the wheel is squeels and is heavy, but when mooving its fine?

Anyone know where i can get a pump for an 1999 Sti Type R?

are you sure its the pump, and not just the belt thats either worn of needs tightening up?

nope not sure, but i was told the pumps are only about £50 and belts are a couple of quid so was just guna change both, but one place ive got a quote for the Pas pump it was well over £200!

iv have a pump from an v2 STI which pretty sure is the same. £30.
i'll find some pics.

before buying a new pump,i'd have a look at the belt first.if it looks in good nick then just try tightening it a bit.if it works then it has cost you nothing,if it doesnt then try another pump.

pump is defo shot, can someone confirm the pump above will work (asuming trippie still has it for sale?)
