Default Header tank leaking

Hi people in need of your help I have a my95 wrx turbo but recently fitted a sti8 engine ect and new age header tank anyway drove to work today and once here left it ticking over and noticed a bit of steam coming out from under the bonnet,
So opening it up I noticed there was a slight coolant drip which looks like it's coming out of the side of the header tank, I have the metal tank which is sealed with the 10mm bolts, now the car never over heated it was just a slight drip now would there be any serious reason for this or could it just be a case
Of needs taking of resealin and refitting it as I bought the tank second hand,
