Default which spark plugs

hi i have saw some online mine is a my98 wagon turbo manual is saying PFR6B
are these the correct ones

if its been mapped what about the pfr7b`s i have them in my my99,which is mapped too 22/23psi

Ive had this problem, didnt have a clue which plugs to get, after doing some research and traulling the net i opted for the pfr7bs as thats what majority are running

6b's =standard
7b's= modded

mine is standard apart from exhaust but ill stick to PFR6B

but the PFR7b is a better plug then

Not necessarily a better plug mate , it doesn't work like that.
The 7b has a different temp than the 6b

got the 6b's do i need to use this dielectic grease if so where can i get cheers
