What oil for running in?
If you have fitted new rings and de-glazed the bores then use mineral oil for 200-300 miles, this helps the rings to bed in, switch to semi 15/40 for around 1000 miles then a good fully synthetic. if you havn't changed the rings it doesnt really need running in, the bearings are such good clearances as std they don't need it.

be fine with fully synth then but id still run some cheap semi through it for a few hundred miles.
I was going to but their was no need as the block and pistons had hardly done any miles i just had to replace one of the pistons as the ringlands had broke up abit, luckly not touching the cylinder wall this was due to last owner not having the intake pipes connected properly and dogy wireing on air flow meter,i have had to replace one piston that came from a bigend bearing failure engine that had newish pistons haha so done the shells wile everything was apart.
