Rear bumper removal/fix
Hi folks some idiot in tesco carpark decide to reverse into me today.
No damage done but just pushed bumper in under rear lamp slightly
I need to know how to repair this/ pull this out

On earlier cars it was six large bolts (17mm) underneath, a pair of clips at the front of the bumper under each side wheelarch, another pair halfway along and one at the very rear, then pull the bumper rearwards. About halfway, just before it comes loose of the bracket, disconnect the numberplate wiring, then continue sliding rearwards and lift it off.
You will probably find that the support bar it's clipped to is bent, they CAN be straightened, but a replacement isn't expensive from a breaker.

It's not pushed in alot but it notices to me and I hate it car was mint till he did that.
Luckily no other damage.
I see the clip in wheel arch is fine just bent so I assume the one further along will be the same

Easy enough to do then, but clips etc are likely to be filthed up and bolts VERY tight
And be ready for the WEIGHT of the thing when it comes free, it's not that heavy, but not easy to manhandle for one. Have somewhere you can put it down: grass or a large old blanket.
