Where to go with it ?
Ok my 04 UK STI has heward and scott headers, Prodrive exhaust and sport cat, walbero fuel pump and a turbo smart dump valve (starting to anoy me a bit now !) Im going to get a decent Map on it this week, but what is my next step for more power ?

Your next step,depends how much power you are looking?
With remap you should be looking for nice 330-340bhp,which still will be nice to drive
If you are looking for more power 400bhp+ would say 650cc injectors as minimum,turbo choice all depends on budget(MD321H,SC42 or 20G),your STi TMIC should be OK,but still would invest money at least to the Japspeed FMIC,I've run this FMIC at 490bhp without the problem
