Hi fokes looking for some imfo,iam changing the head gaskets on my bugeye sti type uk and iam useing arp head bolts, what the best gaskets to buy and. Where from, just to add ive bought the arp hesd bolts second hand how many times can you use the bolts cheers for sny imfo

Cosworth hg are good. About ARP really it should be used only once

Use the OEM thin steel MLS head gaskets or Cosworth Stopper gaskets - both are very good.
As for the used ARP bolts, check the free length of them and anymore than 0.005" stretch against a new one or the specs on their website, then they should not be used.

Sorry for jumping in here, but I have the same problem. Secondhand mine are and I need to do the heads again. How do I check for stretching as I'm a noob to all this? Thanks
