Default Tial Q BOV - Selecting spring pressures

Hi all,

I was looking at the Tial Q BOVs and I see that you can select a spring to go with it.

What is the purpose of the springs? how to choose the right spring? What do the Spring pressures mean??

Here is a link to the chart.

assume it was going on a 03 STI - stage 3 map.
