bell mouth or twin pipe decat

i am removing my twin pipe decat, its only twined for about 3" to fit a cat ready for my MOT this week, i do however have a bell mouth decat in my shed i might fit, but after watching videos on youtube, this for example

am i better sticking to mine splittered one?

I've run Bellmouth decatted DP on our wagon without the problem ,those divorced DP not sure,never used and can't comment on this
