Hi all, the system on my car is too loud and i have another quieter system. Only thing is it has a twin dump downpipe compared to the open neck on the loud system.

As the quiet system is a custom made exhaust i can't just change them from the downpipe back.

Is there any real difference between them?

They both have advantages and disadvantages. Most go for open neck but I wouldn't be too fussed.

 

Iv had both & found I had much better spool on the twin neck, but I think the open neck gives more power & better top end perfoance.
