Default Help.EML nightmare!!

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my 04 blob STi . The engine management light keeps coming on. I have got a fault code p0244 which says boost solenoid malfunction. As soon as you pull away after clearing the light the car jolts and the EML light comes straight back on ( almost bunny hopping).
At first the EML came on and said lambda sensor bank one. So I had that replaced and cleared the light. It lasted one day then I got this fault. Today I replaced the boost solenoid valve and has made no difference.

The only engine mod is a forge dump valve.

Has anyone come across the before and if so how did you sort it?

I've only had the car a week and am desperate to drive it.

Thanks for any help.

Lee

Is that your only mod or do you have any more?

Yeah thats the only engine mod. I have upgraded the brakes and rear shocks but that's it apart from that all standard.
