My injectors are running at 100% at wot
What consequences will I have

Depends on how much WOT it gets, They can overheat at the worst case, Sounds like a good excuse for an upgrade and a tweak to get a bit more power if the injectors are maxed out.

General rule of thumb is not to run injectors at anything over 80% duty cycle.

no you cant, who mapped it bud as its unusual for a mapper not to leave room on the duty for safetys sake. mine are on 90% 315@1.3 BAR dont go fiddling with the settings on the controller either as you can do damage to your engine! get a professional to look it over and stay off WOT in the meantime!

Get a Fuel Pressure Reg and raise the fuel pressure a tad, this will give the injectors a bit more headroom but it will still need a tweak.
